How long does it typically take to implement Tradecloud Enterprise?
Typically, it takes 8 to 12 weeks to implement the standard product if you use (a) one of the Tradecloud integrated ERP and Finance systems and (b) one of the integrated logistics service providers (LSP).
It may take 12 to 24 weeks if new LSP, ERP and/or finance systems need to be integrated – subject to complexity, extent and third-party availability.

What are the costs involved?
Factors that guide the pricing of Tradecloud Enterprise include the size, complexity of necessary integrations and the volume of import trade the system is estimated to accommodate.
The implementation, configuration and setup fees are one-off costs. The monthly base fee goes towards hosting, infrastructure support, backup and monitoring, along with the respective software licence, support and maintenance fees determined by the volume of trade processed.

Is my import data accessible, backed up, confidential and secure?
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to securely store data in the cloud. Strict access control is in place, complete with the highest possible levels of security and monitoring.
Not only is all data backed up, but disaster recovery policies are documented and followed as well. In addition, system and data security audits and tests are performed periodically, plus we sign confidentiality agreements with all Tradecloud Enterprise clients.
Is a branded platform licence of Tradecloud Enterprise available for servicing my import clients?
Indeed. A branded version licence of Tradecloud Enterprise can be purchased to service your clients.
Some banks, logistics service providers and retail groups have bought branded platform licences.
Can Tradecloud Enterprise function as a self help platform and are additional support services provided?
Yes, it is a self-help supply chain platform. Clients also have access to selected processing and other services
